In Trial by Trolley, one player takes on the role of the Conductor and must choose where to send the murderous, runaway trolley. All other players play cards and argue to convince the Conductor to spare their lives and condemn everyone on the other track to a horrific death under the trolley.

This adult expansion for Trial by Trolley adds 100 heinous R-rated modifications to spice up your trolley murders. There’s some really bad stuff in here. You’ve been warned!
