Jisogi: Anime Studio Tycoon is a strategic board game where you manage your own anime studio.

In this thematic board game for 14 players, you step into the role of a producer, striving to create the next big cult classic. Through worker-placement and clever resource management, you use your staff to secure contracts, develop scripts (Setting, Plot, and Twist), and match current trends. Popularity, technical quality, and the right genre choice determine whether your anime becomes a success or if the studio barely stays afloat.

The game combines strategy, business acumen, and thematic immersion into an engaging experience suitable for both beginners and more experienced players. With moderate complexity and a playtime of 60120 minutes, it’s a perfect choice for game night when you want a deeper yet accessible strategy game.
