Ants race! With this wooden descender, intrepid ants from 12 months can race down the slope. An ideal early-learning toy for developing baby’s fine motor skills and understanding of cause and effect, our ant descender comes with 4 different-colored rollers. In turn, the ants launch themselves from the top of the hill, hurtling through the foliage, finishing their run with a fanfare thanks to the bell at the end of the course. Baby won’t tire of putting his favorite ant down at the very top and watching it descend again and again over 3 levels! A simple, effective mechanism for an original, whimsical toddler toy. We love the natural wood of the stand, the little garden creatures that decorate it and the felt leaves that add an interesting sensory touch. The rolling ants are numbered, like real racing cars, and are easy to handle. The tinkling bell on the finish line adds a sonic dimension to this pretty baby descender. From our Sweet Cocoon collection, it’s made of wood from sustainably managed forests, FSC certified. So, who’s the fastest black, yellow, blue or brown ant?
