When all you can see on the horizon for many long days is the line separating the sea from the sky, the glimpse of a distant shore will make you shiver with excitement for the adventure that lies ahead.

You land on the shore that will be the starting point for an extensive expedition through the Galpagos Islands, a magical place of unimaginable beauty and infinite biodiversity. Here you will gather knowledge and expand your understanding of the natural sciences. Your eyes will learn to discover the hidden species in the tropical forest and marvel at nature’s countless colors and textures. After inspiring hours of study and illuminating conclusions, you rest under a sparkling sky, admiring the complexity of the animal kingdom.

Darwin’s Journey is a worker placement eurogame where players recall Charles Darwin’s memories of his adventures through the Galpagos Islands, which contributed to the development of his theory of evolution. With the game’s innovative worker system, each worker must study the disciplines required to perform several actions in the game, such as exploration, correspondence, collection, and sending collected repertoires to museums to contribute to human knowledge of biology. The game lasts for five rounds, and thanks to several short- and long-term goals, every action you take will give you points in different ways.
