Bajo Natural Lacing Fox Threading Toy

Develop the skills required to tie shoe laces, hold a pen and a whole load more besides with this lovely lacing wooden toy Fox by Bajo.

This fun threading fox animal lacing toy is made from solid wood with a natural finish, with a big bushy tail with lots of holes ready to be threaded up by little hands. Made from solid, sustainable hardwood, this lacing toy has lots of holes ready for threading with the two laces in orange and red. Thread the laces between the holes and tie a bow – just as you would on a real pair of shoes – or have fun making patterns all over it. Weave in threading beads for added detail. This lacing fox is a great learning toy and will help to hone fine motor skills and encourage creativity. A great addition to a Montessori or Waldorf education setting for learning through play.

Threading is a popular Waldorf and Montessori skill for children, which requires precision, concentration and finger grip, valuable skills in early years learning. Bajo toys are beautifully made, durable and robust designs that will last, and be enjoyed by siblings and future generations.

Bajo’s beautiful wooden toys have been designed and manufactured in Poland over the last 25 years. These top notch toys are wonderfully tactile and will inspire imaginative play and learning. The manufacturing process is green from start to finish – sustainable wood from beech, birch, sycamore, acacia, cherry, walnut and plum trees is sourced from carefully managed forests in Poland. Skilled crafters transform the wood into toys that are treated with eco, non-toxic paints and oils, and waste wood is turned into fuel briquettes. Bajo toys are great for open-ended play and will be treasured by children for years before being passed on to new generations to be enjoyed all over again.
